호텔 직원들은 매우 친절하였으며, 나일강변 위치가 매우 좋았습니다. 주변 관광지와도 가깝기에 교통적으로 편리함도 있었습니다. 식당의 식사는 준수하게 제공되었습니다. 첫날 묵었던 별관 방은 좋지 않았지만, 본관 방은 매우 관리가 잘 되어 있었고, 쾌적했습니다. 식당 직원들은 매우매우매우 친절하였으며, 여타 직원들도 정말 최선을 다하려는 모습을 보여주었습니다. 우리는 매우 감동받았던 것이 사실입니다. 호텔에는 펠루카나 모터보트 업체를 전속으로 두고 있었으며, 가격은 매우 합리적이었습니다. 펠르카, 모터보트 직원들도 너무나 친절하였으며, 최고의 경험을 선사해 주었습니다. 호텔 내에는 기념품 상가들이 여럿 들어와 있었으며, 가격은 외부보다 오히려 저렴하게 판매해 주었습니다. 관광객들이 온다고 바가지를 씌우지 않았습니다. 호텔은 가격 대비 매우 훌륭한 컨디션을 보어주고 있습니다. 직원들의 세심함과 배려는 최고였습니다. 강력히 추천드립니다.
